In 2006, Cosmo Corporation acquired Plastron Industries
& Plastron Manufacturing, LLC, a leading coil
bobbin and component manufacturer with operations in Reynosa,
Mexico; Pharr, Texas; and Bloomingdale, Illinois. Plastron's
operations are now fully integrated into Cosmo's manufacturing
facilities.
Plastron's line of custom and standard coil bobbins and
components remain available through Cosmo Corporation.
Standard Plastron parts have been consolidated into Cosmo's
catalog.
