Flat
solder terminals are primarily used in manual solder applications.
With proper design of start lead slots, winding equipment can
automatically tie off to these terminals.
In addition to the standard terminal styles shown below, Cosmo
can quickly produce custom terminals in our in-house stamping
facilities.
Cosmo's
standard flat solder terminals are stamped from .018" solder
coated alloy stock. The terminal pocket required in the bobbin
is indicated in the lower right corner of
each terminal drawing.
