Our molding capacity exceeds 600 million parts per year. We operate 107 molding machines employing screw injection, thermoset injection, transfer and compression molding methods.
Assembly
Our assembly capacity exceeds 350 million assemblies per year. We operate 150 secondary assembly machines to perform a wide range of operations such as metal stamping, flat stamped and metal wire terminal insertion, lugging, set screw insertion, spring insertion, machining, sonic welding, hot stamping, and painting.
Metal Stamping
Our in-house, fully equipped metal stamping facility produces 100% of our requirements for stamped solder and quick disconnect terminals. We operate the latest high speed Minster presses to assure efficiency and quality.
