Shorter Lead Times
	Cosmo's lead times are among the shortest in the industry. For standard catalog parts we use advanced forecasting models to anticipate customer demand and maintain sufficient stock. This means we can ship more of our standard parts direct from our warehouses without setup runs. When production setup is required, our unique unit-molding system speeds setup times by eliminating mold changes. All tooling changes are done right at the parting line. For custom parts, we work closely with our customers to plan for future requirements and unanticipated demand. For many of our customers we maintain safety stocks as part of our vendor managed inventory programs. Lead times are also kept short by our in-house tooling facilities. Our ability to make quick changes and repairs to our own molding tools guarantees the quickest turnaround times.
