Our modern 15,000 sq. ft. facility houses a full complement of vertical and horizontal mills, surface grinders, die sinking & wire EDM, and CNC machining centers. Our staff of highly skilled toolmakers and machinists can produce more than 350 new tools each year.
Cosmo has the ability to perform general, preventative, and restorative maintenance on all our molds and molding tools in-house. Our capabilities include all processes required to produce new molds, plus micro-welding, direct metal deposition, and advanced polishing techniques. All tooling maintenance is performed at Cosmo's sole cost over the normal life of the tool.
Our integral tooling capabilities provide a higher level of control over tool quality, pricing and turnaround times. Our dedicated toolmaking staff works hand-in-hand with our design engineers to get your tools into production faster and exactly to your specifications. Plus, if tooling changes ever need to be made, our staff can respond immediately with the absolute minimum downtime.
