Wire
can be used to create terminations for bobbins for through-hole
PC Board and surface mount applications. The configurations
of the wire are only limited by the insertion methods
and bobbin design.
Cosmo stocks both round and square wire in the following cross-section
sizes. Other sizes may also be available.
Wire terminal material is phosphor bronze or copper alloy with 100%
matte tin electroplated solder coating. For some wire sizes, a bright
tin solder coating is also available. All Cosmo wire terminations are RoHS
compliant unless specifically requested otherwise on a per order basis. If
required, Cosmo can provide lead solder coated wire for critical applications
such as military or aerospace.
